Mobile display on trolley

If no room with built-in technology is available or if several rooms are to share the media technology, it can also be installed mobile on a trolley. To operate, the media trolley is rolled into the appropriate room and connected to the power supply. The display can be adjusted in height as required using a motor. Below the display is a video bar with a camera, built-in microphones, and speakers for online meetings.

Transmission from the laptop is via an existing WLAN. For presentations on the display only, a direct connection to the BYOD gateway is also possible without WLAN. This version with a 65″ display is well suited for small groups of up to four participants.

Meeting corner/huddle space

A huddle space is the ideal place for spontaneous meetings between two or three people to briefly exchange ideas. Equipped with a standing table and a display, the meeting corner allows for easy sharing of screen content from various devices. These open spaces are less suitable for video conferences.

Small meeting room

Small meeting rooms are suitable for groups of up to 5 people, where discussions can take place locally or via video conference. Equipped with a display and a Cynap, which allows participants to play content wirelessly on the display, there is also a video bar for online meetings. In addition to speakers and a microphone array, this also includes a camera. These devices are also connected wirelessly to the laptop, enabling online meetings with Teams, Zoom, WebEx or other services installed on the laptop.

To ensure good speech intelligibility in the room, it is advisable to dampen disturbing resonances or sound reflections from walls with absorbers. Such acoustic elements can be adapted to the company’s design in terms of shape and color, thus integrating the room into the corporate identity.

Medium-sized meeting room

Medium-sized conference rooms for 8 to 12 participants prove to be an ideal platform for project teams that gather for meetings, even when not all members are physically present. Advanced media technology is used here, consisting of a large 85-inch display and a wireless CYNAP presentation gateway. This gateway is connected to a PTZ room camera as well as a ceiling microphone such as the Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling M.

The pan/tilt/zoom functions of the PTZ camera are conveniently controlled via the ceiling microphone, allowing a speaker to be automatically framed. The sound transmission of online participants and local media is handled via special soundbars, which are adjusted to listening level. This helps reduce sound reflections in the room and improves overall speech intelligibility.

In addition, potentially disruptive resonances in the room can be effectively dampened by using acoustic absorbers. These absorbers are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, and can be adapted in shape and color to the company design. This way, the room is visually integrated into the corporate identity for both local participants and remote employees.

The CYNAP enables simultaneous playback of content from up to four laptops or tablets on the display. Room peripherals are available to users wirelessly, without the need for HDMI or USB cables – a seamless and convenient solution for online conferences.

Large conference room/training room

For large-scale training or conference events, we offer customized solutions that ensure constructive participation of all attendees from every seat. Our own conference room, designed for up to 100 people, is equipped with an impressive 130-inch LED wall and six 75-inch displays to present visual content clearly from any position in the room. Thanks to the wireless CYNAP connection, a wide variety of sources can be seamlessly switched from participants’ laptops or tablets to the displays.

For optimal communication, the room is equipped with two Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling microphones, enabling participants to speak in web meetings from anywhere in the room. The sound is reproduced with outstanding speech intelligibility and musicality through two front speakers and additional ceiling speakers in the rear, further enhanced by the ceiling sound absorbers.

Precise localization of speakers is achieved using the ceiling microphones, which are captured by one of the three PTZ cameras in the room and displayed for online participants without the need to manually press a button on the control touch panel or tablet.

Via the touch panel, not only image and sound settings but also room lighting can be conveniently controlled. This innovative technology is scalable and can be easily adapted from large conference rooms to auditoriums with 1,000 seats.
